Gi Care Instructions:
• Washing:
• Turn your gi inside out to protect any embroidery.
• Wash in cold water using a mild detergent.
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric and weaken stitching.
• Drying:
• Hang dry your gi to prevent shrinkage and preserve the fabric’s integrity.
• Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can cause significant shrinkage and damage the gi’s fibers.
No-Gi Apparel Care Instructions (Rash Guards and Shorts):
• Before Washing:
• Rinse your gear with cold water immediately after training to remove sweat and reduce odors.
• Washing:
• Wash separately or with similar synthetic fabrics to avoid damage caused by zippers, velcro, or rough textures.
• Use lukewarm water (avoid hot water as it can degrade elasticity).
