RollBliss operates with integrity and expects the same from its customers. If tracking confirms that an order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, and a customer files a chargeback or dispute claiming non-delivery or unauthorized transaction, RollBliss will treat the matter as suspected payment fraud.
We maintain detailed documentation for every transaction, including:
