Return Policy

At ROLLBLISS™, our mission is to provide our customers with high fashion jiu-jitsu apparel. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund to your original form of payment.

 

Time Frame for Returns: 
You can return any item purchased from RollBliss within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been customized, worn, washed, or used. Please follow this link to request a return. Reach out to our Customer Happiness department at info@rollbliss.com with any questions.

Conditions for Returns Eligibility: Products must be in their original, unused condition. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Custom Gear: Customized items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned. All sales are final on custom gear.

How to Return:

1. Contact Us: If your order was placed within the last 30 days, you can use this link to fill out our return form and begin the process.
2. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include any related accessories or documentation. Attach the shipping label with a tracking number to the package and drop it off at the specified carrier location. We can generate a return label which will need to be paid for at your local post office or UPS pickup point. We will not cover the cost of shipping back to you.
3. Processing: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). We will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange as requested.

Refunds:
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please follow the return process for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.

 

EXCEPTION:  Please note that undergear and spats are not eligible for return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Please note that we are unable to generate return shipping labels for international addresses. If you would like to exchange from an international (non-U.S. address), please return your item(s) to us with a note stating your order number and return/exchange request. Our team will proceed accordingly. If exchange items have been requested and you return within the 30-day window, you will cover the cost of any exchange items being shipped back to you.To initiate a refund, please contact our customer happiness team at info@rollbliss.com with your order number.
