Exchanges & Returns
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from RollBliss. We provide the easiest no hassle return of your purchase in the quickest way possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.
**All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and are at the discretion of RollBliss.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return and/or exchange. All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted for unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags and packaging within 30 days of ship date. All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of RollBliss. Any item(s) returned that does not meet the aforementioned criteria, will not be eligible for return and/or exchange (i.e., item appears dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.).
All sales are final on custom/limited edition Gi orders. All sales are final on all academy custom orders we can replace them if the product is damaged when you recieve it. Custom and limited edition products may only be returned if the actual product we ship to you is not substantially similar to the mockup you approve in advance. You acknowledge that custom products may vary slightly from their mockups. You may not cancel a custom order with us after you pay for it. We will not refund any money. If a product is damaged in transit to you, we will repair or replace it.
Custom gis and special ordered items are non-refundable.
Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of RollBliss. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For returns and exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with insurance coverage and transit tracking. RollBliss is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as, shipping charges associated with exchanges.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order.
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from RollBliss. We will not accept any claims for returns or exchanges from third parties.
If you purchased an item from www.rollbliss.com and want to exchange it for a different color or size, you can do so by returning the unused/unwashed item, within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. We will ship the new items to the original shipping address. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on www.rollbliss.com or by emailing email@example.com
To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address
