At ROLLBLISS™, our mission is to provide our customers with premium jiu-jitsu apparel. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
RollBliss upholds an industry-leading, hassle-free return policy for our clients. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our straightforward refund process. If you need to return an item, please do so within 15 days of purchase to receive a full refund to your original payment method, exclusive of shipping fees.
We kindly request adherence to the following conditions:
- A refund will be processed only after the item has been received by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- The returned item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, without any damage or shrinkage. It should include all original tags and packaging and must be suitable for restocking. Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment, covering the cost of the item but excluding any shipping expenses.
- Store credit will be issued if item are received after the return window. We will not refund if our return policy is not met.
- Please note that custom-made/wholesale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or chargebacks.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund and will be returned to you at your expense:

Items that have been washed

Items that have been worn for training or competition

Items with cat hair, dog hair, lint, or debris

Items with odor of any kind (including sweat, smoke, cologne, or detergent)

Items showing signs of use, mat burn, stretching, or wear

Items returned without prior approval

Clearance or final sale items

Custom or academy orders
If we receive an item that does not meet our return standards, it will be shipped back to the original purchaser. RollBliss reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

How to Return
1. Contact Us: If your order was placed within the last 30 days, please use this link to fill out our return form and begin the process.
2. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely with any related accessories or documentation.
Attach the shipping label with a tracking number to the package and drop it off at the specified carrier location. RollBliss does not cover the cost of return shipping you are responsible for return shipping or exchanges. RollBliss does not provide return shipping label.

3. Processing: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). We will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return requirements and then process your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will exchange it for the requested item, provided it is available.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
Shipping & Delivery Claims
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
If our shipping carrier shows that your package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, RollBliss is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
We have written proof and tracking confirmation of delivery. In these cases:

Replacement products will not be sent.

The customer is responsible for contacting their local carrier to resolve the issue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and secure.
International Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
Please note that we are unable to generate return shipping labels for international
addresses. For exchanges from a non-U.S. address, please return your item(s) with a note stating your order number and request. Our team will handle the exchange or refund accordingly. Any exchange items being sent back to you will require shipping fees covered by the customer.
