All orders are processed with in 3-5 business days and shipped from our location in Kyle, Texas. Free Shipping: Orders over $150 that choose the Free Shipping option will arrive in approximately 5-8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

These services do not generally operate on weekends. Any orders that are shipped close to the weekend may end up being delivered the week after. Some processing time may apply. For the most part, orders will be shipped within1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Our size chart for all products is located on the item page. Simply scroll down the page and you will find a “Size Chart”. Keep in mind that all of our gis are 100% pre-shrunk (However additional shrinking is always possible if care/cleaning instructions are not followed.) At this time Free Shipping is for US orders shipped within the Contiguous United States. Shipping charges apply for orders going to the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico. Same for Returns.

We accept any unused/unwashed product back for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded for any reason. Customer pays for return shipping. Return Policy click here

Yes! When you place your order and come to the check out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue (note: Your credit card billing address must be a verified address and match the one on file with your credit card company.)

Customized Gear: Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been put in production. All sales are final because these are customized items.

Order placed on our website can be cancelled immediately if they are not shipped. Once they are shipped you can not cancel the order. Once you receive the product you can return them back to us and we will process the refund.

Yes, We use USPS Priority Mail for P.O.Box orders.

We submit all requests for credits within 1 business day of receipt; however, it may take 10-15 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Most fully custom gi's run between $250 and $350, depending on the design details.

Custom Orders can take delivery time of 4 - 6 weeks after design specs are finalized. Please allow appropriate time if ordering for a competition. Orders that are purchased on our online store can take up to 3 to 8 business days to get processed and delivered.
